‘Art on the Pier’ Exhibition 2024

I am very excited to be exhibiting some of my photography in my neighbourhood on Kerferd Road Pier, alongside some fabulous artists and photographers.

Artist Statement

‘Evening Glow – South Melbourne Life Saving Club’ and ‘Stage Splendour – Palais Theatre’

These images are part of a series created for an outdoor exhibition at Gasworks Arts Park in 2021. Amidst the challenges of the 2020 lockdowns, Sally explored with her camera around her Port Melbourne neighborhood and the broader City of Port Phillip area, continually drawn to the blend of old and new architecture and the allure of the nearby bay beaches. Inspired by simplicity, vibrant hues and intricate details, Sally seeks to share the beauty of our local landscape and architecture.
